What started as a website redesign became a process of discovery about their organisation: understanding their goals and roadblocks allowed us to recommend custom solutions which we continue to work toward and refine each year, always keeping their goals, priorities and budget in mind.
Together, we have implemented new systems to provide more to their members, while reducing administrative burden and increasing productivity for the ALPMA team.
We have worked together to develop a user friendly resource library, which enables users to find the information they need, faster. This project didn’t just involve building a system to hold and sort the files, but also recommending and designing an information structure that would work for ALPMA and their members. This library sits on a responsive website, meaning that users can always access information, no matter what device they are using.
These members may be individuals, but they are intrinsically linked to their employer, who may access group discounts for signing up a number of staff. Out-of-the-box solutions struggle to manage this complexity. We developed a custom application that could not only manage the varying types of member sign-up, but also act as a full Customer Relationship Management system for the ALPMA team. For users, the system also provides access to member-only resources and event bookings.
